On October 28, 2020, our company signed another contract for the construction of the CENTRAL HOUSE residential investment at ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw. The contract provides that a building with a total area of 51,560 m2 will be built on a plot of 10,213 m2 with 474 apartments (in two stages) on 9 floors and 540 parking spaces in a 2-level underground garage, as well as spaces for guests on the ground floor, outside. The commencement of construction is planned in the fourth quarter of 2020, and the completion of the entire project in the fourth quarter of 2022.

CENTRAL HOUSE is the third project carried out by FineTech Construction for Okam Capital. After the extremely successful revitalization of the former Teodor Meyerhoff factory in Łódź and the post-industrial area of Pollena-Beauty in Warsaw’s Praga, the time has come for a joint development in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotów district. After two years of caring for the restoration of historic urban spaces to local communities, we are starting a new stage of cooperation in the field of modern 21st century construction based on a special hairpiece for the comfort of future CENTRAL HOUSE residents and the natural environment.

“The cooperation of people managing both organizations has been going on for over 17 years. Okam Capital cooperates only with the leading companies in the construction industry, which is why cooperation with this developer is an ennoblement that all FTC employees are proud of – says Włodzimierz Bogiel, president of FineTech Construction.
