Włodzimierz Bogiel
President of the Board,  General Director

Has been heading FineTech Construction since January 2018. During 2005-2017 he served as Board member of Karmar S.A., part of the French Bouygues Group, for many years one of the world’s top 10 construction companies. Previously, for 10 years starting in 1994, employed by Warbud S.A., serving as Director for General Construction, and from 2001 also a Proxy and a Member of the Board.
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology Faculty of Civil Engineering and post-graduate Marketing and Management course at the University of Warsaw.
A history enthusiast. His hobbies include tennis, diving and motorcycling, he loves skiing and snowboarding.


Robert Żołędowski
Vice-President of the Board

Also holds the position of FineTech Construction’s Technical Director. In 2005-2017 served as Vice-President of Karmar S.A., part of the French Bouygues Group. From 1996 to 2005 he worked at Warbud S.A., being promoted from Site Manager to Construction Manager and Regional Director. Responsible for such projects as the modernisation of the Belweder Palace and the construction of the Marriott Hotel at Warsaw’s Okęcie Airport.
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology Faculty of Civil Engineering.
His free time concentrates around water and snow. He loves windsurfing, diving and skiing. He also plays volleyball.



Dariusz Piątek
Vice-President of the Board

The FineTech Construction Chief Financial Officer. In 2007-2014 he worked in companies that are leaders in their markets – Ernst&Young (taking part in several dozen transactions and restructuring projects) and Empik Media&Fashion (as the financial controller of a fund covering companies with annual revenues of over PLN 1 billion). Starting in 2014, responsible for strategic projects at the Polpharma Group and Spectra (including as a Vice-President of the Board, Proxy and Chief Financial Officer of portfolio companies).
Studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology. ACCA Fellow. Amateur researcher of social and economic history. His interests include books and Polish modern painting. An amateur long-distance runner.


Bogusław Pawlak
Member of the Board

Bogusław Pawlak held the position of the Technical Development Director at Spectra Development for the last four years. He worked as Development Manager at Hochtief Development between 2006 and 2014. The source of his knowledge and experiences is also his employment in Hydrobudowa-6 and Bilfinger Berger companies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
