[:pl]1 września 2021 roku Fintech Construction podpisał z firmą Spravia umowę w systemie generalnego wykonawstwa na wybudowanie zespołu mieszkalnego przy ulicy Mińskiej 69 w Warszawie.
Osiedle zostało zaprojektowane jako całość. Dzięki temu poszczególne etapy, których będzie 5, stworzą spójną i przyjazną przestrzeń. Powstaną ciągi pieszorowerowe, zieleń, tereny rekreacyjne. Teren osiedla będzie dostępny. Między budynkami nie zabraknie elementów małej architektury (ławek, stojaków rowerowych, koszy, latarni), placów zabaw oraz zieleni. Finetech Construction odpowiadać będzie za wybudowanie dwóch ostatnich etapów inwestycji.
Etapy IV i V składają się z pięciu siedmiokondygnacyjnych budynków. Na terenie inwestycji znajdziemy również całodobową portiernię, wewnętrzne patio i plac zabaw oraz wygodny podziemny parking. Rozpoczęcie prac nastąpiło 2 września.
Termin ukończenia inwestycji planowany jest na III kwartał 2023 roku.
[:en]On September 1, 2021, Fintech Construction signed a general contractor contract with Spravia for the construction of a residential complex at Mińska 69 Street in Warsaw.
The estate has been designed as a whole. Thanks to this, the individual stages, of which there will be 5, will create a coherent and friendly space. There will be pedestrian routes, greenery and recreational areas. The estate will be available. There will be many small architecture elements between the buildings (benches, bicycle stands, baskets, lanterns), playgrounds and greenery. Finetech Construction will be responsible for the construction of the last two stages of the investment.
Stages IV and V consist of five seven-story buildings. The investment also includes a 24-hour concierge, an internal patio and a playground, as well as a convenient underground car park. Work began on September 2.
The investment completion date is planned for the third quarter of 2023.[:]
